Refund policy

We want you to try the free preview first, so you know what you'll get. If you still aren't happy after buying, we'll give you your money back.

How it works

• Email hello@texttranscript.com within 14 days of your purchase, with the email address you used at checkout.
• Tell us briefly what went wrong. It helps us fix it, but a reason isn't required.
• We'll refund the full amount. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

You can also request a refund directly from Paddle using the link in your receipt email.
