About paying
Who processes the payment?
Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the checkout, receipts and sales tax. Paddle never sees your messages, and neither do we.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If the PDF doesn't work for you, email hello@texttranscript.com within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. Refund policy
Do you offer law-office pricing?
If your office makes transcripts regularly, email hello@texttranscript.com and tell us roughly how many you make each month.
Is it a subscription?
No. Single chat and Court Pack are one-time payments. Nothing renews.
